Welcome!
Hi — I’m Cindy.
I help entrepreneurs build brands and create the impact they desire.
After honing my skills at Fortune 500 and privately owned companies (where I worked in brand management, growing and launching delicious food brands, yum!) I shifted to supporting early-stage and solo entrepreneurs to build their businesses.
My clients range from pre-revenue startups with transformative ideas, to innovative companies with tens of millions in revenue.
When I’m not building a marketing funnel or strategizing a client’s launch – you can find me curled up on the couch… catching up on Bravo shows and sipping a mug of tea.
Meet The Team
As the saying goes… it takes a village.
The Hustling Heart team keeps things running all day, every day. These are the women who’ve got my back — and yours!
Abigail Mitchell | Marketing Manager
A seasoned marketing and design specialist with over 20 years of experience, Abigail specializes in graphic and website design, audiovisual support, and marketing operations. When not working, you’ll find her either showing off the most random dance moves or researching random facts—because you never know when knowing the correlation between hair color and anesthesia might come in handy!
Evie Burke | Project Manager
With a computer science background and over a decade of running her productivity coaching business, Evie excels in planning, email marketing, and tech integrations. She enjoys witty murder mysteries and cry-laughing at the antics of the British panel show Taskmaster.
It’s not about volume. It’s about intention.
In today’s world, it can often feel like everyone is shouting, all the time.
Instagram. Tik Tok. LinkedIn. Facebook. The Hulu and YouTube ads that interrupt the I’m trying to watch. The spam email that litter my inbox, all of them with headlines that seem urgent or important.
I’m not the only one who feels deaf from all the noise, right?
That’s why at The Hustling Heart, our approach to marketing is about intention.
Most marketing agencies — heck, most humans in general — are caught up in the grind of manufacturing content. Churning out noise. There’s a misconception that more places and platforms means you need to be Everywhere, Everything, All At Once (great movie, by the way) — but this is a trap!
More volume does NOT equal more visibility.
In fact… most of the times, volumes equals burnout. Volume equals lower quality of content. Volume equals just saying something for the sake of saying something — but…
What is it that you’re really saying?
Are you really saying anything that is worth hearing? Is your customer even listening?

I used to post on Instagram. And Tik Tok. And send emails.
Nowadays?
I don’t do most of these things. I usually pick up the phone.
For me — I’m all about nurturing in person relationships. Real, human relationships. I text people. I go to events. I ask folks to grab coffee. I even get in the car to drive to the suburbs to see people (city girl over here), or sometimes I hop on the train to go to NYC (Philly girl over here), or sometimes I board a plane to go another coast!
For me, I make sure that whenever I show up to “market” myself, I do so with intention. I do less speaking and more listening. I’m here to listen, because when my clients feel seen, heard, and understood… they are more likely to book with me. (And also because the more that I can understand my clients’ businesses — the more successful and relevant marketing decisions we can make together.)
What about you?
What is it that you sell? Is it a product or a service?
Where are you investing your marketing dollars, time, and energy? Is your marketing focused on promoting the features of your product/services…
Or are you focusing on the emotions of your customer — how THEY want to FEEL?
What makes uS different:
My marketing philosophy is all about slowing down.
Let’s build with intention. Let’s build a strategy.
(Disclaimer: A strategy isn’t the same thing as a plan. A strategy is a deep, intentional understanding of how you’re going to build something.)
Creating a strategy means doing your homework. Researching what has worked and hasn’t worked. Understanding your market (and your customer) — knowing the right language to use, knowing the motivations for someone to buy. Taking the time to position your product or service to truly stand out in the market. Making sure your messaging aligns with the quality and experience someone has of using your products.
This approach means taking a pause before running towards execution.
But this approach also helps us grow with fewer resources.
Why?
When you build with strategy, you are intentional with your decisions on where to invest your marketing dollars and energy. This ultimately benefits you, because this means you can make your resources go further.
Let’s focus on the actions that truly matter.
Quality marketing is about building with intention, then using strategy to scale your impact.

Did this speak to you?
Let’s grab a coffee.
